Returns Policy ...

All of our socks are rigorously inspected before leaving the factory. They are made using top quality yarns and will stand up to normal wear conditions.

Our designs are intended to be colourful and attractive, but it is very difficult to give an exact representation of the colours on the website.

If on receiving the product you are not completely happy with it, please do not remove the packaging, and return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. The returns must be securely packed, must include either your name and address, a copy of your receipt, or an order number, and be sent in a traceable manner (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded delivery). You must let us know if you want an exchange or a refund.

Send to Kutzi, Returns Department, Shammar, North Creake, Fakenham, Norfolk NR21 9LN. We will send you an E Mail to confirm that we have received the package.

Our returns policy only applies to goods returned in their original condition complete with packaging and receipt of purchase. Goods that have been worn or washed will not be accepted and will be returned.
